What payment methods does My Private Lounge support?
Verotel processes the following payment methods:
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Online Check (US Checking Accounts only)
• 1-900 (US) Telephone Billing (One-time payments only - not recurring)
• Direct Debit (German Bank Accounts only) - coming soon; Netherlands bank accounts.
• 1-900 Telephone Billing Europe in 7 European countries (billed per minute)

Verotel provides three types of subscription types:
• One-time Billing (subscriptions is valid for a specified length of time - related info)
• Recurring Billing (subscriptions are automatically rebilled at the end of each subscription period until the customer cancels.)
• Smart Recurring Billing (customer receives an e-mail a few days before his subscription is to expire with a link to follow to extend their subscription - customer must re-enter their credit card or bank account number as consent for the rebilling).

What are the amounts that can be charged using 1-900 (US) Telephone Billing?
All 1-900 (US) Telephone Billing payments are one-time only (i.e., no recurring billing.) The amounts you can choose from for 1-900 (US) Telephone Billing are as follows

Does Verotel provide a dialer payment method?
Verotel’s 1-900 Telephone Billing Europe works similarly to a dialer however the advantage is that European customers accessing the Internet via broadband connections (e.g., Cable, ADSL, DSL, etc.) can also use the 1-900 Telephone Billing Europe option

How does Verotel’s 1-900 Telephone Billing Europe payment method work?
The end user pays per minute for the time he/she is connected to the premium rate line (i.e., the 1-900 number.) The price that the user pays depends on the country that he/she is calling from (anywhere from $0.70 eurocent to euro $1.80.) Merchants are always paid out USD $0.40 per minute. End users in the following countries can use this payment method: Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and The Netherlands; can be used with a modem or broadband connection.

What is the TicketsClub Login Check?
The TicketsClub Login Check is to ensure that a user that has purchsed a subscription to a website actually logs in to the website. The way this will work is if a customer purchases a subscription to a website and does not login via the TicketsClub within 2 days of their purchase, the transaction will automatically be refunded; after the user logs in to the members area within the two days, there are no further login checks.

Is there an additional fee for members joining my site through TicketsClub? When I looked at the TicketsClub site it appears that there is a $19.95 fee to join TicketsClub. There is no additional fee for members joining your site through TicketsClub. The only fee that is charged to the customer is the price(s) that you have set in the Control Center. as your subscriptions prices. The $19.95 is just an example to give you an idea of what the signup process will look like for the customer.

How does Verotel protect against fraud?
Verotel offers several levels of anti-fraud protection. Verotel has developed a unique set of fraud screening techniques and has incorporated these techniques into our patented Veronica fraud screening software. The whole idea is that you can’t eliminate fraud. You can only fight it and reduce it. Verotel accomplishes this in several ways. The Veronica software rates the transaction as it searches for any anomalies in the information submitted by the end user. If the anti-fraud score, based on existing criteria passes a threshold, Verotel’s system will pass the transaction on to the credit card clearinghouse, banking institution or additional 3rd party fraud system for additional real-time checks. In addition to verifying that a credit card is in good standing for use and that the credit card number and expiration date are valid, Verotel’s Veronica software performs additional checks which include but are not limited to the following:
• address cross referencing
*IP address cross referencing
*previous chargeback status
*CVV2 code. This is a three digit, randomly assigned number which appears on the back of every Visa and MasterCard credit card issued. (For Visa, CVV stands for Card Verification Value; for MasterCard it is called a Card Validation Code; collectively, it is known as CVV2.) The CVV2 code can be found just after the credit card number on the back of the credit card.

Can I pay with another online payment method?
Yes! due to the nature of this site, all information will be given privately. Contact Me for instructions. Memberships will be given in 3, 6 and 12 month periods only for this method. To pay by cash or money order, (NO CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!)

What is the ticketsclub Entrance Check?
In the past, several of our merchants have asked for Verotel to provide more user management security due to users passwords being shared and posted on websites and newsgroups. Therefore Verotel has implemented an Entrance Check for TicketsClub customers. Via the TicketsClub login, Verotel will be able to tell where end users are logging in from and therefore make certain determinations on whether a particular user or users passwords have been shared and block entrance for those usercodes/passcodes. This will help our merchants to lower their bandwidth costs associated with shared and posted passwords and provide potential for increased revenues because more people will be persuaded to pay for a subscription.

What format are you videos in?
All videos are edited and batched out as quicktime mov. files. If your having trouble watching my clips make sure you have the current version of Quick Time player. You can down load it for free by going to http://www.quicktime.com To get clips to play start to finish without stopping in the middle.. Click the play button, then play around with it a bit until you get the play button in pause mode.. The clip will start to download on its own. Once the clip starts to download you will see the progress bar in white after the little circle start to move. This means the clip is downloading.

How do I cancel My membership?
Why would you want to?? Well, whatever your reason, you can follow these directions: Members can cancel their recurring billing subscriptions at Verotel’s cancellation website located at http://cancel.verotel.com or by calling Verotel Customer Support:

I've Lost My username and passcode
Please enter the email address used during subscription and in a short while you'll recieve the requested information by clicking here. Your username and passcode will be sent to the email that you used to initially sign up.

Double Passwords??
Once a member logs into the TicketsClub with their username/password, will they have to enter their username/password again on my site? This may happen with some browsers due to a recent Microsoft Update. However, most browsers will fix this internally.

My Password doesnt work!
tPasswords are case sensitive, so be sure you are typing it in EXACTLY as it was issued (meaning all small caps or all caps etc.)
My Password works, but the site isn't working!
It is always a good idea to try both browsers (Netscape and Explorer.) With all the new technology available the browsers for both Mac/PC are sometimes behind the times. If you are experiencing connection problems with any of My website services try it with another browser application. If you still continue to have a problem please contact support@monablu.com and I will try to help you. If you are using AOL or WebTV, this may be a problem that I cannot fix. It's time for you to upgrade! :)

How often do you update?
Since I own, operate and manage My Private Lounge, I try to update the internal site at least 2 times per week. My journal is updated at least every 72 hours, and photos as soon as I get them. The free section of the site is updated every two weeks, but surely do not represent the amount of updates that occur within the site.
